I one amoung the lakhs of people living chennai Tamilnadu India have eagarly expecting to see Tata-Sky DTH. and happy to note that Tata-sky DTH has came from 8th August instant.announced that 300 places to be seen. what we did not get the information that who is incharge in chennai and who are to be contacted we dont know. and no information about incharge. so we request your good office to inform us about the Tata-sky DTH in charge and his address and cell no. and contact phone nos. so that we the people may easy to contact. them. and further detail and book for equipments for dth.

‘We will transfer your complaint to concerned department and your problem will be solved within 24 hours’
I have registered my 1st complaint is on Jun 17th 2006 and it is not yet solved!!!!!!!!!!!

This bludy TATA Broadband sucks

This bludy TATA Broadband sucks! We had taken a prepaid connection 1.5 months back. Now we have to get a renewal for the same. In the last 15 days, we had called customer support (Pune, 66110121) almost 6 times. Every time we waited for 10 minutes initially to listen to the same default answer “We will forward your request to the concerned department and we’ll get the renewal pack ASAP”. Meanwhile we also had sent 5 mails to customercare@vsnl.co.in. But no luck!
Now, we don’t have words to scold these buggers! We are done with everything. Finally, we are the victims. Any better ideas to screw these buggers?
Please advice me.

Thank god the news is spreading!! but the concern is that why the fuck the managment of TATA INDICOM is not aware that the people are screwing up the image & reputation of TATA company.
It is really suprising as to why the management is not responding or addressing these issues.
Today since moring I have spoken to 2 persons in the call center by names Ramesh (already in the list) and Chaithenya K. (This ass hole was trying to give us a new complaint number to which as per TATAINDICOM nullyfies the pending complaints)
RECOMMEDATION: DO NOT USE TATA INDICOM

I strongly recommed you all not to go in for TATA INDICOM.

TATAINDICOM BROADBAND is another alternate name to WORST SERVICE,
DONT GO FOR TATABROADBAND CONNECTIONS, ITS WASTE OF TIME, AND MONEY,

I had taken one tata broadband connection on june 1st week

Hi,
I had taken one tata broadband connection on june 1st week and i was not getting my connection from june 17 onwards. I had registered a lot many complaints with the customer care number 55230121 and i never received any response from them. They have only single sentence to say ‘We will forward this complaint to concerned department and it will take 24 hours to process this complaint’
What i would like to request the public is
DON’T EVER TAKE A TATA BROAD BAND CONNECTION
AS
THEY HAVE A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE CHEATING PEOPLE
i HAD PAID already Rs 3000 for my connection i’ve used this connection hardly 2 weeks……..
i’ve cheated by this stupid tata broad band connection

I have been following these buggers for more than 2 months

I have been following these buggers for more than 2 months, but nothing had happened till date. Finally, I had given an application for disconnection. If any of you know the mail id or contact number of the CEO, please let me know, so that I can mail my list to him. And also let the CEO know that their employees are taking TATA INDICOM for a ride.
Following is the list of Complaints and the solution:

(Customer Care : Hema confirmed that no bill would be charged if the link is down - 27/05/06 0841 hrs)s
connectivity restored on 2nd may 06
3664988- Connection no working since 4th June, finally complaint logged on 6th june 0012 hrs.
8th june - Connection restored , but the link stopped working at 2300 hrs
3686164 - 8th June for non connectivity
3704729 - 12th June, problem with connectivity (20:43)
Connection restored on 10th June
Called to CC on 13th june at 5:03 PM for follow up - no satisfactory responce.
VSNL
39366 - connection not working since 16th June, Finally logged the call on 17th June at 10:00 AM
202896 - Regardin Downtime Credit 21july2006
24th July 4:45 PM - ticket 39366 closed without my consent
219558 - Regarding the problem with the link, mentioned the earlier ticket (Ticket escalated to higher management)

Folks,
The complaint resolvance services at Hyderabad are lousy, to say the least. I had lodged a complaint on 9/8/06 (complaint no.343732 ID:murali33310) and followed it up till date, at least twenty times. I had also spoken to Mr.Sunil (Executive - Mobile no.9246200468), who promised resolvance by day’s end yesterday; but nothing has happened. Your technical team members were expected to call me, but I have not received a single call. Today is the fourth day without internet connectivity & I have got nothing but parrot-like words from your call center.
Don’t you agree that the service is lousy; besides loss of time & money, the whole experience has been frustrating. I was reluctant to go for VSNL Broad-band, owing to my previous experience with dial-up. But I was convinced by your executives tall-talk that things are different at VSNL now & complaints would be satisfactorily addressed within 24 hours. And now, your call center executives tell me that the commitment was to “address” & not necessarily “resolve”. The named executive (Sunil) promised to call me back & give the contact number of the top honcho for VSNL at Hyderabad but he didn’t bother to call. Wonder how VSNL goes about tom-tomming that they are the best, given this state of affairs. Total lack of ethics & customer unfriendly approach, I should say.
I would appreciate if this e Mail is forwarded to Mr. Ratan Tata & the CEO of VSNL. Needless to say, you have one angry customer and I intend telling everybody from the roof-top that even services from Govt. departments are better (now) than VSNL. So much, for Mr.Tata’s stated dynamism!!

I have been their victim for more than 3 months

I have been their victim for more than 3 months. From the day one, the connection was not stable. The WAN link disappeared at regular intervals, which hampered my business. I have called the Customer care n’ number of times and each time I was given a assurance and a new ticket number. I have just failed to understand that how the ticket closed without my consent. And above all I was billed Rs 743/- for internet usage which I have never used.
From the past 2 months there is no link at all. I have wasted about Rs 500/- on calling and reminding the Customer Care about the problem. I have been a victim of this company
I’m requesting my fellow being to avoid this ISP, or you’ll repent in future.

My internet connection

My internet connection (ankitabhasin@eth.net) works for a few days, and then suddenly goes off for 5-6 days. This has been happening for the past 10 months or so. The people at the Prashant Vihar DSLAM should hang their heads in shame for creating so much ill-will in my mind for the TATA name. I took this connection becuz of the TATA name. One calls up the customer service number and is put on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes, to be then responded to by a customer service officer who promises you the work in in progress !I am thoroughly fed up. The guys responsible for this messup should be punished for their carelessness. Is Mr Ratan Tata listening ?

I too got a new connection after one month of appliying. i used for a month and now it is not working. They have some problem in the router. I complained so many times to the CC but no response till now.

BEWARE OF TATA TELESERVICES LTD. I found Tata Teleservices Ltd. the most mismanaged firm in India, cheating Indian consumers, using Law firms and police. The Sales team members of it are not trained properly, give false commitments to consumbers to meet sales targets. Their Offices are full of distressed consumers and if their Complaint Register is checked, one can find hundreds of repeated complaints. A Survey by TV Channels or Newpaper on Tata Teleservices Ltd. can bring a clear picture to general public.
You are requested to forward this message to your friends at the earliest to save them before they also get cheated by this firm. I will not be surprised if a Tata Teleservices Ltd.’s consumer receive an arrest warrent for none payment of a bill amounting to Rs. 500 just one day after due date.

IT is really sorry that iam feedup of TATA service,infact i should rate it as pathetic.I have opted for ur broad band introductory offer which is for 999/- but i feel when the offer service is so bad just imagine post service.I have paid the full amount on 5th of july today being 5th aug i have still not got my connection,i can understand that the intial delay was due to the rain but what after that.infact i also got call from ur department ask my feedback as my connection is shown active in their record is this the way TATA dupe the customer or is this Thier practice.i even tried to call the area manager mr sachin kale but i feel either his mobile bill is nor paid or whatever reason it just keeps ringing and there is no response and iam trying his number from last 2 weeks now i dont know where to go as i am clueless as account is already started

Well, I have a TATA Indicom connection and sadly recommend it to nobody. It sucks. Speed is good but not reliable. Out of 10 days, 8 days the server remains down. WTF!

Now a day’s with this advancement in technology! Any one can cheat you if you are not awaken!! It is not only banks.. they will give you bunch of documents and ask you to read a astriks.. But my case is diffrent. Tata indicom is a well known brand. Every one is aware of it. But i have’t expected such a bad experience in their site www.tataindicombroadband.co.in. Their payment gate way is complete shit.. It shows your transaction is failed but the money is swiped out of my card.. Even after the month they are not responding to my complaint.. I don’t know .. Is there is any government athorites are here to monitor such a frauds… Surly I hav’t expect it from TATA.. They are having a fucking service… There must be some body to stop these issues

I am one more unfortunate customer who is waging a running battle with TATAs to make them to comprehend my requirement. When I said I needed temporary disconnection
they did not disconnect. When I needed it., they disconected it. Fed us with their lack of understanding, dont care customer attitude, unreasonable billing, refusal to understand and address your problem,- You can never complain to anybody - only thing is you will have to report to customer service, who they say will forward the same to the concerned departments - When U ask for a reply, they will say they have forwarded to the department and our getting a reply or not is not their problem - U complain again and again they will do the same thing - U can”t complain to anybody else and you willnever be allowed to see anybody for a complaint - Even if you threaten them that U will represent to Ratan Lal Tata, pat comes the reply, even he will ask you to report to customer service - They will inform anything only orally -No reply to your email - nor anyform of any reply or even an acknowledgement - SHAME ON TATAs -
